Cancellation of online booking and refund policy for online booking amount
Customers shall complete the purchase journey and take delivery of a vehicle within 90 (ninety) days from the date of booking.
Failure to make complete payment within 90 (ninety) days shall lead to automatic cancellation of booking and the customer shall not be entitled to any refund.
Cancellations of vehicle bookings made online will be done through Booking Cancellation tab on this website only. Booking cancellations made within 90 (ninety) days from the date of booking, shall be made free of charge and will be refunded through the online system in the same mode of payment used by a customer for his/ her booking. The refund is usually processed within 7 working days by the issuer bank.
Kinetic Green and its dealerships reserve the right to cancel booking at any point, without any prior notice to the customers.
